Minute Review: Crossroads Diner

Eggs Florentine

Deep Fried Minute Review: Crossroads Diner is a favorite go-to diner for some pretty solid breakfast foods. When you need a break from the sleek and hip breakfast and brunch places with eternal waits or don’t feel like lowering your standards to the 3am drunk usual at iHop (which is probably just as packed anyway), definitely stop by this place. This is the kind of place where you can see hip old people, reading newspapers and thumbing through an iPad. Menu is pretty extensive and slightly on the pricier side than you’re average diner, but worth it. I love that the place is clean, bright, and for the most part pretty efficient.

The Eggs Florentine were on point. The English muffin was toasted perfectly, the spinach sauce was so delicious and it brought everything together for the perfect bite each time.

Previously, I’ve ordered the corned beef and chicken hash and I’ve for the most part enjoyed everything there. Clam Chowder is a bit bland, frittatas weren’t my fav, but the eggs florentine definitely take the cake. Enjoy all!
