The All Out Trinity is an all day fitness festival put on by the Trinity Commons Foundation and City of Dallas Trinity Corridor Project. Whether it’s a 5K, bike ride,  dog walk, there’s so many options to choose from. My personal favorite is Yoga on Bridge at 1pm. The class takes place on the beautiful Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. It’s an amazing experience to have with friends and is open to beginners and families. I’ve been every single year and never miss it. Here’s a recap from last year’s event, if you’re curious.

Free Women’s Self Defense Seminar – Saturday, March 5th @ 10am

Chamberlain Studios' Free Self Defense Workshop-March 5th

Take a free hands on basic self defense seminar at Chamberlain Studios of Self Defense in Lakewood. It’s open to the public and a great way to learn how to protect yourself. After attending a couple of lessons myself, it’s an incredibly empowering class and Professor Chamberlain’s does a fantastic job of simplifying techniques. Find more details on the event here.
