The Perfect Sweat Date at Vital Fitness Studio

If you haven’t noticed, I’m a huge fan of sweat dates. It combines my love for workouts and something delicious like coffee or brunch while hanging out with a friend. Since every Sunday is pretty much #NationalBrunchDay, the Dallas Fitness Ambassadors were invited for a Crunch and Brunch event at Vital Fitness Studio.

Over the past few months, you’ve probably seen all my bajillion Insta posts at their gorgeous space (plus a review I wrote here). I just love the space. It’s perfect for my solo sweat sesh or when I want to go with a friend. So when Vital Fitness invited us for a private event, I had to say yes yes yes!

I’m already a huge fan of the studio which is located at the Joule Hotel in downtown, so seeing all the looks on everyone’s faces as they explored the studio was awesome. It’s always so fun getting together. Even though our events are monthly, it feels like it’s been too long since I’ve seen these girls. I love being part of a community of strong women sharing their fitness journey. It’s inspiring!

So today, we’d experience a hybrid class so we could all get a taste of everything. We’d start with a 20 minute Rhythm Ride and then do 30 minutes of their signature V3 class (which combines tabata, strength and yoga).

Whew!!!! We all put in some serious work. It was great being in a room with people I know. We cheered each other on and just went crushed the ride. I think spin can be really intimidating for a lot of people, but it’s definitely one of my favorite types of workouts. Jessica taught an intense 30 minute class with a combo of sprints, climbs and more while jamming to the beat of the music.

After, a sweaty ride, we headed to the other studio to finish up our workout with an abbreviated 30 minute V3 class. Each class is normally 50 minutes. The V3 class is a 3 part class that combines tabata, strength (with weights) and yoga. We definitely go our cardio, strength, and stretch all in one today.

Our instructor Bobby had soo much energy and cheered us on to keep going! Let’s just say I crushed my step goal for the day for sure.

After the amazing workout, we were STARVING. We headed upstairs to Americano, which is also located inside the Joule Hotel. for brunch. The restaurant is super cute!

Since this was the last Dallas Fitness Ambassador event of the year, it had the be the best one yet. Brunch was on point! And I totally freaked out when I saw the name on our menus. We all felt so special.

All the mimosas please! We got to try nutella filled sugar coated donuts. Then we ordered a classic breakfast with a breakfast pizza to share. Check out the spread.

Everything was delicious and it was the perfect sweat date. Vital Fitness will begin offering Crunch and Brunch for anyone starting in March when it’s warmer. I believe the price is $40 and that gets you a class and family style brunch at either Americano or CBD Provisions.

Vital is currently running a promo for two free classes. If you want to check out this dope studio, redeem your class with code 2FREE. Enjoy!
