There have been lots of foodie posts and not enough fit posts. After being sick for over a week, I finally felt well enough to make it to the gym. My last workout for 2013 at my favorite Trophy Fitness in downtown.
This session I could only do 3 sets of my interval workout and a 20 minute light cardio session on the treadmill.
The gym was a ghost town, but most definitely won’t be for long. Good luck to all the New Year’s Resolutioners and their fit goals!
