Working arms today? Start with 50 reps on the resistance bands. Make sure your elbows are tucked into your sides to prevent cheating and throw these slow curls to really get a burn. Ten seconds up on the positive, ten seconds down on the negative. Do this about 10-15 times. Harder than it looks, trust me.
