Brunch. One of my all time favorite words. The culmination between getting enough sleep and breakfast foods?! Heck yea. It’s definitely one of my favorite ways to pass a beautiful Sunday morning with a buddy over some eggs, toast, and mimosas. I mean, truly, it is a way to make morning alcoholism seem ok.
Anywho, Three Sheets…
…off Ross Ave has been on my list for some time. I find that some places have better brunch menus than they do actual lunch and dinner menus.
At Three Sheets, I ordered a basic breakfast. Two eggs over-easy, bacon, sausage, and by far the best breakfast potatoes I have ever had in my life. It had this savory, smoky taste. It was crispy on the outside, yet had this perfect moist center. Not the usual dried out or overly greasy potatoes you sometimes find on your plate. I seriously lingered over how much I loved the potatoes for about 20 minutes. Just couldn’t get over it.
The inside of the bar/restaurant is pretty dark, so I opted to sit on their covered patio. Lovely area made lovelier with great weather. Definitely coming back.
